I had the pleasure of trying the Grace Bay pub crawl bike this weekend. If you are familiar with pub crawl bikes you know you usually get off and on at various bars and restaurants all night but we utilized our ride to tour the beautiful Grace Bay and Lower Bight strip for future investment purposes.
We set out in the afternoon while the sun was nice and cool. Our tour guide Travis met us at the corner of La Petite Place, FYI: It’s a bit of a stretch to get on the bike seat! We started down Grace Bay road with a cup of punch in hand while I guided a group of fellow young businessmen and women speaking on great investments such as the Seven Stars, Regent Grand and newly renovated Villa Renaissance. These three are great beachfront resorts with beautiful furnishings perfect for an income generating second home! We also passed the site for the future Ritz Carlton development which everyone is anticipating. This development has condos for sale in Building A both 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from $2.08- 3.2 million in price. We continued down the strip where we passed by the well-known Sands resort, The Palms and The Alexandra all the way down to Coral Gardens. These resorts have a great rental return and beautiful amenities associated.
At various points on the tour Travis stopped driving us and switched the bike to pedal mode. This was a great exercise in team work and kept the group from getting bored with my spiel on real estate.
This tour was amazing and our guide Travis made the experience a memorable one! The cost of this tour is $20 per person and includes unlimited rum punch. The pub crawl bike is a great way to tour several locations with a large group instead of the usual caravan style real estate showings. The bike combines refreshing drinks, cardio and a great time!
