Graham moved to Providenciales to join Coldwell Banker Real Estate Turks & Caicos as a Sales Executive in 2003. Over the past 20+ years he has navigated the complex and competitive TCI residential and commercial real estate market. He makes it his mission to deliver the highest long-term value for his clients.

As a Global Luxury Real Estate Consultant for Coldwell Banker Turks & Caicos, Graham has represented 100’s of Grace Bay beachfront condominium buyers and sellers looking to maximize their investment in beachfront property. Sales at the Wymara Resort, Wymara Villas, Point Grace, Grace Bay Club, Upper East Side Estates Phase 1, Upper East Side Enclave Phase 2, The Pinnacle and numerous others have earned Graham his position as a Top 10% producer within the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) and membership in the elite Coldwell Banker Society of Excellence – awarded to the top 1% of agents at Coldwell Banker worldwide.

He assisted in the planning, design, and construction of his first home in TCI located across from Sapodilla Bay on the quiet peninsula of Chalk Sound. Recently making significant changes and upgrades to his new Leeward residence in late 2021, Graham has professional contacts in the architectural design business and construction industry in TCI that will collaborate with buyers looking at a land purchase, new build or home renovation and upgrade.

Graham attended the prestigious Appleby College, in his hometown of Oakville Ontario, later moving on to Huron College at the University of Western Ontario. He has lived and worked in both England and Australia.

Returning home to Canada he joined forces with one of the most successful condominium developers in the Toronto real estate industry. After selling real estate in the big city, and many lengthy vacations in the TCI, he saw the potential the undeveloped islands had Graham relocated to Provo where he discovered a slower pace of life, year-round warm and sunny weather, beaches everywhere, new friends from all over the world and a place to continue his career in real estate.

Active in youth sports, he helped run the Provo Hockey League and spent years volunteering to coach kids’ soccer.

He is currently the TCREA Committee Chairperson for the Forms Committee, a past member of the TCREA Ethics Committee and has enjoyed over 20 years of membership with the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association.

Graham is an invaluable asset in navigating the Turks & Caicos ever-changing and evolving tropical real estate market. Proud to be a long time Toronto Maple Leaf’s hockey fan (we know the ups and downs of that story…), Graham currently resides in Leeward with his wife, son and his very ‘healthy looking’ dog: Buddy.
