Providenciales

The long, crescent-shaped island of Providenciales (or Provo as it is commonly known) has grown exponentially from a sleepy, sparsely inhabited island in the 1980’s to the tourist mecca it is today.

As the center of tourism activity in the Turks and Caicos Islands, it is the main port of entry into the country. Provo covers an area spanning 38 miles and welcomed over 1.6 Million tourists to its shores in 2019.  While the majority of the hotel and resort development is concentrated along the stunning 12 miles of Grace Bay Beach, there are many communities and developing areas throughout the island.  Silly Creek and Chalk Sound are found on the south side of Provo, Turtle Cove area is located on the north side of Provo at the marina, and Long Bay Hills is a very popular area at the south-eastern point of Provo due to the stunning water views and large lot size.

At the eastern end of the island, you will find the exclusive, gated neighborhood of Leeward.  Developed in the 1990’s, this high-end residential community features some of the most expensive waterfront real estate in the Country.  With stunning beaches covered in powder-white sand to the extensive clear-water canal system, the homes and estates in the Leeward development are some of the finest properties in the Caribbean featuring more waterfront real estate than any other neighborhood in Provo.

Along the North side of Provo sits 12 miles of soft white sand – welcome to Grace Bay Beach.  Voted “The Best Beach in the World” time and time again, this is where you will find the stunning beachfront hotels and resorts.  Carefully designed in order to enhance the natural beauty of the TCI, and with privacy and space in mind, the condos built along the beach offer guests the opportunity to spend their vacation in world-class accommodation while enjoying five-star service.

From The Palms, Grace Bay Club, The Somerset, The Pinnacle to the Ritz Carlton (currently under construction and expected to open for Christmas 2021) each of these properties offer unique ownership opportunities for private investors. The units at these properties are privately owned yet generate income for the owner through the hotel resort rental program.

The stunning beach, the turquoise blue ocean, low density, and hot and sunny weather are why tourists return to Provo year after year.
