Real Estate in Turtle Cove . . .
Turtle Cove was the first area in Provo to develop during the 1960’s. With the islands first hotel, The Third Turtle, and a full service marina this area was the major hub and gathering place for residents and tourists.
There are many real estate developments in the immediate area. The Queen Angel condo and resort is located north of the Blue Water Villa development site. La Vista Azul is another resort property that overlooks the Turtle Cove area. Along the canal is the Sea Flower Townhomes where many island residents live. A large resort and townhome / condo development is the Yacht Club, centrally located at the marina.
Several of Provo’s most popular restaurants and bars are found in Turtle Cove. Magnolia’s restaurant is set high on the hill overlooking the marina, Sharkbite and Baci’s are waterfront restaurants and the newly renovated Mango Reef restaurant is located at the west end of the marina.
Grace Bay Beach is a short walk from the lots offered for sale. The sandy 12 mile beach is easily accessed via beach access paths between the beachfront properties. Smith’s Reef, one of the best spots in Turks and Caicos for snorkeling, is just off Grace Bay beach at the end of Turtle Cove. Million Dollar vacation rental properties and homes line the beachfront. Considered the “quiet end” of Grace Bay, this area is great for swimming, walking and shell collecting as well as watching the yachts and excursion boats come and go from the marina.
Land For Sale . . .
The Blue Water Villa development is a residential gated community of land parcels, centrally located in Provo. Located on the north shore the roads are paved and feature underground utilities along with electric site security gates.
There are homes already completed in the development and additional construction is currently underway. Only 3 lots remain for sale with pricing at $79,000 USD each. Lot #14 – Available.
